The location in the City Centre was convenient. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Good variety of nearby restaurants. Ample parking with a security guard. Close to the city and airport and within walking distance of Sutera Harbour for golf.

I like this hotel because this hotel have good services, clean, far from town of Kota Kinabalu, have easy car parking, near shop and food restaurant there and the first thinks, this hotel safe for my family and my car from other hotels.

The location of the hotel is out of town and right next to the main busy road. The breakfast served next door was supposed to start at 7am but was not fully ready by the time we had to leave at 7.25
